Add a packet of D’Gari® condensed milk flavored gelatin to hot milk and dissolve with a spoon, then add the gelatin and dissolve. Cool and set aside. Add a 2 cm layer of gelatin in the glass and let it set for 20 minutes. Arrange the mandarins on a skewer, place it inside the glass, and pour the milk gelatin until covered. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold.
