Ingredients: 2 envelopes Emergen-C® orange, (9.6 g each); 1 liter water; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), hydrated and melted; 2 liters water; 1/4 cups honey; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), hydrated and melted; 1 cup orange wedges, for decoration; 1 sprig peppermint, or spearmint for decoration

For the gelatin cubes, dissolve the packets of Emergen-C® orange in a container by adding water. Once the fizz has subsided, add the gelatin and mix very well. Pour the previous preparation into a greased square mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold and cut into cubes, set aside.
