Boil 3 liters of water and divide it into 4 equal parts. Follow the instructions on the flavor gelatin package. Grease four baking dishes and pour each of the gelatins into one of the dishes. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water. Once hydrated, melt it in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring occasionally with a spoon to prevent lumps from forming. Heat 1/4 of FAGE Total® 0% in the microwave and add the melted gelatin. Stir until everything is well incorporated. Add the 1/4 of FAGE Total® 0% and the sugar to the rest of the yogurt. Unmold the flavored gelatins and cut them into small cubes. Grease a gelatin mold and place some of the colored cubes inside. Pour a portion of the FAGE Total® 0% gelatin and spread it well to ensure it is level. Spread more colored cubes and add more of the yogurt gelatin. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
