This dish has over 200 years of history, and as we are always looking to innovate, we gave it a twist by creating a sweet recipe inspired by this delicacy: a gelatin with the flavor of nogada! To prepare it, you will only need walnut, cream cheese, and D’Gari® gelatin in condensed milk flavor, so roll up your sleeves and shout: ¡Viva México and its gastronomy!

Pour the hot milk into a bowl, add the D’Gari® gelatin in condensed milk flavor, mix very well, and make sure no bubbles form. In a blender, place the milk at room temperature, cream cheese, and walnut. Blend for 5 minutes and set aside.
