Nogada Gelatin Recipe

The Patriotic Holidays are the perfect excuse to organize a taquiza or a kermés and enjoy all kinds of Mexican snacks. Many prefer pambazos and tostadas, while others prefer the typical seasonal delicacy: chiles en nogada.

This dish has over 200 years of history, and as we are always looking to innovate, we gave it a twist by creating a sweet recipe inspired by this delicacy: a gelatin with the flavor of nogada! To prepare it, you will only need walnut, cream cheese, and D’Gari® gelatin in condensed milk flavor, so roll up your sleeves and shout: ¡Viva México and its gastronomy!
