Ingredients: 2 cups cow's milk; 1 cup evaporated milk; 1 1/2 cups rompope; 1/2 cups condensed milk; 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7g each) hydrated and melted; 2 cups cow's milk; 1 cup evaporated milk; 1 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream; 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7g each) hydrated and melted

Heat the milk with the evaporated milk and add the rompope, condensed milk, and gelatin. Mix very well. Pour into a gelatin mold filling ¼ of it, refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest of the mixture.
