Heat the milk with the evaporated milk and add the rompope, condensed milk, and gelatin. Mix very well. Pour into a gelatin mold filling ¼ of it, refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest of the mixture. For the chocolate gelatin, heat the milk with the evaporated milk and dissolve the hazelnut cream and the gelatin. Cool, ensuring it doesn't set. Pour over the previously set rompope gelatin filling half the mold. Refrigerate until set. Repeat this process alternating the colors until the mold is filled. Unmold and place on a round platter.
