Preparation
Prepare a greased tray.
In a saucepan put the water, sugar, glucose and move constantly until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Boil until the mixture reaches 150ºC.
When it reaches that temperature turn off the heat and add butter, peanuts and baking soda. Mix well.
Empty in the tray and extend to make it look even.
Allow to cool and once cold cut.
