Ingredients

  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 2 cups of flour sifted
  • 2 spoonfuls of Vegetable food coloring coffee and copper
  • 1 Cup of red fruit
  • to taste of vanilla ice cream To accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
    In a bowl mix the melted butter with the cajeta, mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
    In a bowl beat the yolks with the sugar until it doubles its volume, add the previous mixture in the form of string and reserve.
    Add the flour with the baking powder little by little until you incorporate all the flour into the mixture, reserve.
