Preparation
Brownie: Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Arrange in a large bowl to prepare the brownie cream. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and white sifted flour. Mix with a spatula and empty into a square mold lined with paper towels. Bake at 170 ° C for 20 min approx. Cool at room temperature.
Lemon cream: In a large bowl, arrange the condensed milk. Add the lemon juice and mix. Incorporate unflavored gelatin, previously dissolved in warm water. Mix. Add cream previously assembled to ¾ point and lemon zest. Mix with enveloping movements.
Armed: Put the brownie in the same mold where it was cooked. On the brownie, pour the lemon cream and bring to the cold for 2 hours or until the dessert is firm. Unmold and decorate with chocolate figures.
