Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Add the lemon zest, oil, and milk, while continuing to beat. Finally, gradually add the Tres Estrellas® pancake flour and baking powder. Mix until integrated. Pour the mixture into mantecadas molds and fill them ¾ of their capacity. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
