Preparation
Squeeze the lemons to make lemon juice and remove lemon seeds.
Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk and lemon until obtaining a soft cream.
Place the cookies on the base of the pie mold, add the previous mixture then alternate layers of cookies and cream, making layers until they reach the top of the pie mold.
At the end you can decorate it with a few pieces of cookies or slices of lemon.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
