Taking care of yourself was never so easy, prepare this healthy and delicious option to pamper yourself. A rich light chamomile gelatin with a delicious pineapple flavor and the antioxidants of blueberries. You'll love it!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 bunch chamomile
  • 1 on D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin Pineapple Flavor
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • to taste frozen blueberry, to decorate
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat, heat the water until it breaks the boil, remove from heat. Add the chamomile and let it infuse for 7 minutes. Cuela.
Add D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin Flavor Pineapple mix until integrated.
Pour half of the jelly on a mold, add a little blueberries, refrigerate until set.
Pour the excess gelatine back into the mold and add the rest of the berries. Refrigerate until completely set. Unmold and decorate with frozen blackberries and mint.

PRESENTATION

On an extended dish, decorated with mint leaves and frozen blackberries.

TIPS

To easily peel off your gelatin, smear the mold with a little vegetable oil.
