For those moments of cravings, prepare this delicious and creamy light chocolate panna cotta made with Silk® almond milk. It is a rich dessert and very easy to prepare since you only need to blend and refrigerate, you will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups Silk® Almond milk
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted (7 gc / u)
  • 1/3 cups Maple syrup
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, molten
  • 1 cup raspberry, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for the sauce
  • to taste red fruit, to decorate
  • to taste bitter chocolate, grated, to decorate

Preparation

For the panna cotta, blend 1 ½ cups of Silk® Almond with the hydrated and melted unflavored gelatin, the honey, the Greek yogurt, the vanilla, the salt and the bitter chocolate until integrating, but without blending too much.
Pour into a gelatin mold or into individual molds and refrigerate until set.
For the sauce, blend the raspberries with the lime juice and honey.
Remove the panna cotta from the mold and serve with the raspberry sauce, decorate with red fruits.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with red berries, raspberry sauce and grated chocolate.

TIPS

Lightly grease your molds so that you can unmold without problem.
