Cold cheesecake without baking and low in calories, since sugar is not used in the recipe and products are reduced in fat. Make this dessert to eat something sweet without guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Maria cookie
  • 1 stick of light margarine
  • 2 packages of light cream cheese
  • 14 grams of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 200 milliliters of Water boiling
  • 200 milliliters of Water frost
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of lemon zest
  • 6 pieces of non-caloric edulcolorate (sachets)

    Preparation

    Base: Crush Maria cookies until you get fine powder, then add the bar of light margarine that can melt in the previous microwave, mix well with the cookie and pour it into the mold to use pressing to shape and leave compact.

    Filling: With the boiling water, the unflavored gelatin dissolves and then the ice water is poured.

    TIPS

    Maria cookies can be crushed in the processor for a better finish but also manual. The cream cheese can be softened by putting it about 30sec in the microwave to make mixing easier.
