  • 1 Litchi Vita + ® Cup, for the mass
  • 3 1/2 cups oatmeal flour, sifted, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, sifted, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the mass
  • 3 eggs, for the mass
  • 1/4 cups bee honey, for the mass
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil, for the mass
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, no sugar, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream cheese, at room temperature
  • enough Litchi Vita + ® Cup, only fruit, no apple juice and aloe vera

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Blend the content of the Vita + ® Litchi Cup only with half the apple juice and aloe vera, until you get a thick consistency. Go through a strainer and reserve.
In a bowl mix the oatmeal with the baking powder, the table salt, the eggs, the honey and the vegetable oil with the help of a hand mixer. Pour in the liquefied Vita + ® lychee pulp and blend until you get a thick mixture.
With the help of a spoon, pour the mixture into saucers placed inside a cupcake mold. Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a deep pot pour the whipping cream and heat over low heat, when it starts to bubble add the liquid chocolate and stir constantly until it is integrated, try to keep the heat low to prevent the chocolate from burning. Remove from the heat once integrated and let cool for a few minutes.
Soften the light cream cheese with the help of a mixer and once it has a spreadable consistency, add the chocolate mixture and integrate. Scoop the mixture onto a duya sleeve.
Decorate the cupcakes with the chocolate cream, add a piece of Vita + ® litchi and you're done.

TIPS
