Mix the flour with the monk fruit, baking powder, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir with a spatula until all the ingredients are combined and there are no lumps. Pour the cake mixture into a cup previously greased with butter and dusted with flour, then add the M&M'S® and set aside.
