Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 packages Marie biscuit, ground
  • 45 grams butter
  • 95 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 mango

Preparation

For the base melt the butter, add the ½ packet of ground cookies and mix until you create a paste that does not crumble.
Blend cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk and mango pulp.
In a mold pour the cookie dough; compact well. Then pour the mixture that was made with the mango.
Finally, freeze 25 minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the cheesecake with cubed mango.
