Ingredients

30 servings
  • 1 3/4 cups of Butter for the dough
  • 1 1/8 cups of sugar for the dough
  • 2 pieces of egg for the dough
  • 3 cups of flour for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder for the dough
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the dough
  • 8 spoonfuls of milk for the dough
  • 7 spoonfuls of Butter for the coating
  • 5 spoonfuls of powder sugar for the coating
  • to taste of refined sugar
  • to taste of Strawberry jam

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
    Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk one by one. Continue beating until you have a homogeneous mass.
    Form balls of approximately 20 g and place them in a baking tray previously greased and floured. Bake 20 minutes or until browned. Let cool.
    Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until creamy.
    With the help of a brush, cover the kisses made from the butter mixture with powdered sugar and sprinkle with refined sugar. Add jam at the base of one of the kisses and close with another. Enjoy
