Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups butter, for the dough
  • 1 1/8 cups sugar, for the dough
  • 2 eggs, for the dough
  • 3 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the dough
  • 8 tablespoons milk, for the dough
  • 7 tablespoons butter, for the coating
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, for the coating
  • to taste refined sugar
  • to taste Strawberry jam

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk one by one. Continue beating until you have a homogeneous mass.
