Prepare this easy matza or homemade unleavened bread, traditional Jewish food that is consumed on the feast of "Pesach", which commemorates the liberation of the Hebrew people from the Egyptians. Currently it is consumed in various ways, as an accompaniment or dessert. Here we leave you a delicious version with chocolate and nuts that you will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of matza flour
  • enough of Water
  • 1 Cup of bitter chocolate chopped
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate chopped
  • 1 Cup of candy soft
  • to taste of Salt kosher
  • 1 Cup of pistachio chopped
  • 1 Cup of dehydrated cranberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of dark chocolate in sparks
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the flour for matza and the water until you get a dough.
Spread the dough on a tray with baking paper 1 mm thick. Cut into large rectangles and chop with a fork.

Melt white chocolate, dark chocolate and soft candies separately in the microwave for 30 seconds.
