Prepare this easy matza or homemade unleavened bread, traditional Jewish food that is consumed on the feast of "Pesach", which commemorates the liberation of the Hebrew people from the Egyptians. Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup matzo flour
  • enough Water
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup White chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup candy, soft
  • to taste salt, kosher
  • 1 cup pistachio, chopped
  • 1 cup dehydrated cranberry
  • 1/4 cups dark chocolate, in sparks
  • 1/4 cups almond, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the flour for matza and the water until you get a dough.
Spread the dough on a tray with baking paper 1 mm thick. Cut into large rectangles and chop with a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from the oven, cool and reserve.
Melt white chocolate, dark chocolate and soft candies separately in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Cover a matza with bitter chocolate and sprinkle with grain salt. Cover another with white chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios and blueberries. Add the melted caramel to another and add chocolate chips, spread with a spatula until mixed and garnished with chopped almonds.
Let it dry, break and enjoy.
