Ingredients

  • 350 milliliters of evaporated milk
  • 350 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 235 grams of sugar
  • 125 milliliters of pisco it can be port
  • vanilla essence
  • ground cinnamon

    Preparation

    Pour the milks and essence in a pot and place over low heat. Remove from heat and add the yolks. Empty in glasses or glasses. Let cool.
    Form a syrup with sugar and pisco. Bring to a simmer until it takes a point. Beat the whites until stiff and add the syrup until it cools.
    Decorate the glasses with this meringue and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
