Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • to taste cream cheese, optional

Preparation

Prepare a pot of two liters (which fit in another and cover both well). In the inside pour the cup of sugar and place it on low heat so that it caramelizes all the bottom and around; move until it has honey color.
In a fret add eggs, milk, vanilla and cheese; Blend for 5 minutes until you have a little foam and pour into the pot with the caramel. Cover and place it inside the other one with water and also cover it.
Boil for 1 hour and check that it is already cooked. Introducing a knife and it comes out clean. Allow to cool to unmold it.
