Preparation
In a pot over medium heat, cook the fruits with water and sugar, once it is boiling, turn off.
Hydrate an envelope of grenetina with ¼ cup of water and add to the pot, mix very well until integrated.
Pour the gelatin in a mold for gelatin and refirge for 1 hour and a half or until set.
Meanwhile, heat the milk with the sugar in a pot until the sugar dissolves.
Hydrate the rest of the grenetina with the rest of the water and pour in the milk, mix well and let cool at room temperature.
Once the fruit gelatin has set, add the milk mixture and refrigerate for another hour and a half or until set. Desmolda and serves.
