These mini black forest cheesecakes will take away the craving with its delicious and creamy consistency, covered with whipped cream and decorated with cherries, with melted chocolate and chocolate shavings. They are the perfect dessert to give as a gift.

Ingredients

  • 226 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 4 spoonfuls of sour cream
  • 3 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for bitumen
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar for bitumen
  • 190 grams of cream cheese for bitumen
  • to taste of cherries in syrup to decorate
  • to taste of Chocolate chips to decorate
  • to taste of chocolate melted, to decorate

    Preparation
