I love making these cheesecakes in individual versions, they are super lucidores for a cocktail or a meeting. I prepare them with jam and I decorate them with strawberries but you can make them as you want, with peaches, chocolate, etc.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup Marie biscuit, ground
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 2 packages Philadelphia® cream cheese, Philadelphia (12 ounces in total) I mean a package and 1/4
  • 1/4 cups sugar, plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

In a blender , beat the cream cheese at room temperature with the sugar.
Melt the butter and mix with the milled cookies.
On a tray for mini cheesecakes (or one of cupcakes) divide the crushed cookies and flatten with your fingers to form a crust.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes to brown a little.
Add flour and vanilla extract to cream cheese. Stir well.
Then add the egg, yolk and milk, beat only until it is incorporated.
Fill the molds with biscuit (3/4 full) with the mixture.
Bake at 190 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the center continues to move and the sides are cooked.
Allow them to cool, unmold and since they are cold, go to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
After two hours, decorate with strawberry jam and some cut strawberries (you can varnish them with a little jam too.)

TIPS

You can prepare them a day in advance and decorate the next day.

Deliciosos!! Siempre que los preparo me encanta como salen. Uso un molde de mini cheesecakes de la marca "chicago metallic" que son faciles de desmoldar (la parte de abajo se quita). Si no, puedes ponerlos en un molde de cupcakes con capacillos.
