Ingredients

15 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cups Hazelnut cream
  • 1/4 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1/4 cups jam, berries
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
Spread some flour on the table and spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin 1 cm thick. Cut the sandwiches with a cutter, (they must be even) cut with a round cutter one of the pairs to form a hole in the center.
