Prepare this cute pot full of flavor to surprise your children. Delicious mousse made with creamy ice cream with intense chocolate flavor, decorated with a chocolate cookie "earth" and to finish fresh mint leaves. Original and exquisite!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 liter of Chocolate Santa Clara® ice cream at room temperature
  • 7 grams of gelatin hydrated
  • 1 package of chocolate cookie Unfilled
  • 3/4 of cup of chocolate chip
  • to taste of Mint leaf to decorate
  • to taste of Edible flower to decorate

Preparation

Beat the whipping cream with the help of an electric mixer until smooth.
Mix the ice cream at room temperature with the grenetina and integrate very well.
Pour the ice cream mixture over the whipping cream and mix until completely integrated.
Pour the previous mixture into glass cups to fill ¾ parts. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Crush the chocolate cookies in a bowl with the help of a spoon or fork, until you get a moderately thick powder.
Decorate the cups with cookie powder and chocolate chips to simulate the earth. Place leaves of mint and flowers, enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Place in cups simulating pots, decorate with mint leaves.

TIPS

You can simulate the leaves using strawberries with rabito instead of mint leaves.
