Rich chocolate mousse pie, ideal for any occasion. Prepare this rich recipe and check its great flavor.

Ingredients

14 portions
  • 50 chocolate cookies, ground
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 15 chocolate cookies, stuffed
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 13 Carlos V chocolates, in Little pieces
  • 1 can Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 on gelatin, hydrated in 1/4 cup of cold water and dissolve in a bain-marie

Preparation

Mix the cookies well with the butter. Line a mold to pay with aluminum foil and cover with the previous pasta and around the mold place the filled cookies. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and reserve.
Beat cream until peaks form. Mix the chocolate Carlos V. Heat in the microwave at intervals of 30 seconds, moving in each one, until the chocolate melts.
Let cool and add the cream to beat in an enveloping way, add the previously hydrated and dissolved grenetine, perfectly incorporated. Pour into the mold with the cookie base and refrigerate for an hour or until firm.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with grated white chocolate.
