With this basic pastry recipe you can prepare delicious Muffins with Chocolate Chips that are perfect for a breakfast with guests, they will love it.

Ingredients

24 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 3/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3/4 of stick of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar to sprinkle
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of chocolate chip

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon stir the flour, baking powder, and salt.
    In a medium speed electric mixer , put butter and sugar for 3 minutes until creamy.
    Add the egg to the blender and vanilla, stir until well incorporated.
    Add half the dry ingredients, add the milk and then the other half of the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
    Put muffin papers in a muffin pan.
    Add the mixture with two spoons to 3/4 of each mold and sprinkle with the sugar.
    Bake the muffins until lightly browned, remove from the oven and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    The muffin paper looks great with colored dots.

    You can add sparks of colors.

    Primera vez haciendo la receta,muy rápida, sencilla y aunque como dicen si queda flojita la mezcla no es inconveniente para que los panques esponjen, han levantado perfectamente en el horno. SI LA HICE Y LA RECOMIENDO. (me rindió para un molde de 6 muffins-foto)

    AGUADISIMOS Salío bien aguada, no es recomendable esta receta, NO LA HAGAN

    muy malo !! Muy mala receta es muy poca harina y demasiada leche queda super aguada la pasta. No la recomiendo!
