Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º. Prepare the cups for muffins or cupcakes.
In a large saucepan, melt the chopped bitter or black chocolate with the butter.
Remove from heat and let warm. Add the sugar and mix. Add the eggs and beat again.
Finally, over the bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients: flour, yeast and baking. Stir well and add milk. Add the sparks and mix with a spatula until everything is very well integrated.
Divide the dough into the cups, filling them 3/4 full. Bake about 25 minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
