Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
Put the cups in a special mold for muffins.
In a small bowl mix coffee and water, reserve.
In a large bowl, mix the flour for cake, milk, oil, eggs and half of the coffee mixture, beat everything very well; Reserve a cup of this mixture.
Fill the molds in half.
To the remaining coffee mixture add the cocoa and mix until integrated.
Add a spoonful to each of the muffins and stir with a toothpick to create a marbled effect and bring to the oven for 25 min. or until the center is firm.
Beat the cream with the vanilla until you get a consistency of meringue.
Take out of the oven and let them cool; then decorate with the cream, sprinkle the cinnamon and serve.
