This recipe is the favorite of my whole family among so many muffin recipes that I have made, it is the recipe of normal muffins only a little modified ingredients that enhance the flavor.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 115 grams of Butter at room temperature
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate in Little pieces
  • 180 grams of dark chocolate in large pieces
  • 325 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of royal baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 125 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice
  • 100 grams of chocolate chip with caramel flavor

    Preparation

    Pre heat the oven to 180ºC. We prepare the cups (molds) for muffins or cupcakes.
    Mix the milk with the juice and let stand 5-10 minutes.
    We melted our 150g of dark chocolate along with the butter in a bain-marie. Remove from heat and let cool.
    In another container we put together all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, yeast, bicarbonate. We reserve
    With some confectionary stick we beat the mixture of chocolate and butter with sugar. Next we incorporate the eggs, the milk, the vanilla and finally, with the help of a spatula, we incorporate the flour.
    We add the large pieces and caramel chips.
    We distribute the dough in the molds, filling them to at least 3/4 of their capacity. We bake about 25 minutes.
