They are delicious muffins filled with nutella and almonds that the whole family likes, especially children who enjoy the sweet.

Ingredients

16 servings
  • 2 cups of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 225 grams of Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 jar of nutella
  • 3/4 of Cup of almond filleted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Beat the butter in the blender until acremar, sugar is added.
    Add the eggs one by one until the mixture is fluffy and the vanilla is added, keep beating.
    The flour for hot cakes is strained twice along with the royal, and it is added to the previous mixture in the form of rain alternating with the milk until it is perfectly integrated.
    The molds are prepared with the paper cups and the mixture is poured taking care not to exceed 3/4 of its capacity.
    Each scoop is added with a spoonful of nutella and covered with the mixture.
    Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
    When they have been removed from the oven and cooled perfectly they are decorated with nutella on top and sliced ​​almonds.

    PRESENTATION

    The muffin is covered with nutella and sliced ​​almonds.

    TIPS

    If desired you can beat the nutella together with the butter to give the muffin more flavor and color.
