  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 220 grams sugar
  • 110 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 60 grams White chocolate
  • 15 cherries in syrup
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • artificial food coloring, pink
  • 50 milliliters syrup, of the ceasars
  • oils, or butter spray


Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Place the butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix with the blender until a paste is obtained.
Add eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla and sifted flour. Beat at medium speed until all the ingredients are perfectly integrated.
Add the syrup and 10 drops of dye (the amount can vary depending on the intensity of the color you want to achieve) and beat until the color is uniform.
Cut the cherries and chocolate into pieces of approximately half a centimeter. Add to the mixture and stir with a spoon.
Place the cups in a muffin pan and spray with the cooking spray.
Fill each layer with the mixture to three quarters of its capacity, being careful not to stain outside the paper.
Bake about 25 minutes, make sure it is well cooked by inserting a toothpick or knife into one of the muffins, if it comes out clean it is time to remove them from the oven.


If you plan to add some decoration, make sure your muffin is cold. If your oven tends to burn things, put a container that can be put in the oven with water and leave it there during the baking of the muffins.
