These peach muffins are delicious, with a crunch layer on top that will delight your family's palate, it's simple and children love it, presentation is very important.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 grams flour
  • 11 grams baking soda
  • peaches in syrup
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • peaches in syrup

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Cut the peaches into long pieces and set aside.
Beat the 1 1/2 stick of butter with 3/4 tza of sugar.
Add the essence of vanilla and the pinch of salt and then the eggs one by one without stopping to beat.
Mix the 250gr of flour and the baking powder and add this to the previous mixture by spoonfuls and beat in an enveloping way.
Place the cups in the muffin molds and fill with the mixture to 3/4 of its capacity. Insert one or two peach strips inside.
For the crispy, place in a bowl the previously sifted flour, butter, sugar and vanilla essence and beat until lumps.
Place the crunchy mixture on the muffins and bake for 15 or 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve warm and accompany them with a hot or cold chocolate.

TIPS

You can use wrapping paper instead of capacillos and give them your personal touch.
