Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Place 12 paper capsules in a muffin tray.
Beat the butter with the sugar until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add the eggs one by one until well integrated.
Then add the striped apple with the glass of cognac.
Now it's time to add the flour, the baking powder and the pinch of salt.
Integrate well and pour the mixture into the filled pots only up to 2/3.
Bake for 25 minutes, this will depend on the oven, watch when they start to turn golden. Do the stick test to be sure of the cooking.
