Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups Nestlé® Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, diced
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • Nestlé® Corn Flakes
  • orange juice, To accompany
  • milk, To accompany

Preparation

With the help of a fork, crush the bananas in a bowl, add the sugar, the egg, the butter, and mix until integrated. Using a strainer add the flour, baking powder and salt, and mix vigorously with the whisk.
Add Nestlé® Corn Flakes, strawberries, blueberries and mix gently and envelopingly.
Pour the preparation into a cupcake mold with saucers until filling ¾ parts of its capacity; add Nestlé® Corn Flakes on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve on a plate with orange juice and milk.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended plate, accompanied by orange juice and milk.

TIPS

You can substitute wheat flour for amaranth flour as a healthier option.
