This is a special recipe for one of those weekends when you would like to surprise your family with a delicious breakfast that does not take you that long. How would you like muffins? Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Turn on the oven to preheat it to a high temperature (200 ° C).
In another medium bowl mix the milk with the oil, eggs and almond extract.
Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and gently integrate care not to mix excessively.
Finally, add the mango cubes to the mixture and transfer it to a muffin pan to which you have previously applied vegetable spray.
Take to the oven until golden, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the mold and let them cool on a rack.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with strips of caramelized green mango and chocolate and sprinkled sugar.
