Oats are a whole grain high in fiber and nutrients like vitamin E, which has a positive impact on the nervous system, helps in baby development, and also prevents morning sickness.
Using a sifter or strainer, place a bit of powdered sugar on top of the muffins. A glass of cold milk is an excellent complement.

1.A pinch of baking soda can be added if fluffier muffins are desired.
