Muffin version of a pancake recipe I invented a few years ago to treat my guests at a home breakfast. It brings me very pleasant memories to savor it now in this version.

Presentation

Slice the strawberries into fans without removing the leaves and place them on top of each muffin.

Arrange the chocolate chips on the plate in a thick straight line.

Tips


1. Remember that it is very important to wash and disinfect the strawberries.

2. You can let the batter rest for 15 minutes before putting it in the oven, but this is optional.

3. You can substitute the dark chocolate chips for milk chocolate chips.
