Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Separate the yolks and whites. Reserve the whites.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and the oil until integrating. You must make sure that the sugar is fully integrated.
Sift the flour three times.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat.
Incorporate all the mixtures in an enveloping form, if the mixture is too dry add a little bit of milk little by little until you have a manageable consitencia.
Place the cups in the muffin pan and fill to 3/4 of its capacity.
Take to the oven for 15 minutes. You must know your oven, if it heats a lot you should be aware of it. Remember that to know if they are ready you must put a toothpick and it must come out clean.
