Preparation
Well, we preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl we put the eggs with the sugar and beat until both ingredients are well integrated and a whitish mass is formed.
Add the vanilla or chocolate custard and stir with the spatula, we will not need the blender anymore.
Add the butter to the bowl and stir well with the spatula.
We sieve the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt on the mixture, integrate with movements from bottom to top.
It will result in a mass somewhat more liquid than that of normal muffins, so you can put it in a jug with a dispenser and fill the paper capsules that we previously have placed in the muffin tray.
Finally, sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon, on the muffins and take them to the oven.
Once ready ... you can proceed to taste them, I assure you that you will like them.
