Ingredients

15 portions
  • Vanilla flavor custard, or chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 70 grams butter
  • 1 on baking soda
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder

Preparation

Well, we preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl we put the eggs with the sugar and beat until both ingredients are well integrated and a whitish mass is formed.
Add the vanilla or chocolate custard and stir with the spatula, we will not need the blender anymore.
Add the butter to the bowl and stir well with the spatula.
We sieve the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt on the mixture, integrate with movements from bottom to top.
It will result in a mass somewhat more liquid than that of normal muffins, so you can put it in a jug with a dispenser and fill the paper capsules that we previously have placed in the muffin tray.
Finally, sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon, on the muffins and take them to the oven.
Once ready ... you can proceed to taste them, I assure you that you will like them.

PRESENTATION

A vista, and are delicious but if you want a better presentation, you can decorate with a cream of dulce de leche or Arequipe: 100 gr Butter 100 gr of powdered sugar 225 gr of cream cheese 100 gr of Dulce de leche or arequipe repost

TIPS

You can add nuts if you wish, they will give you an exquisite touch and a very good presentation to the Muffins.
