Spinach and Apple Muffins for Kids

This recipe contains two of the best fruit and vegetable ingredients with incredible benefits for our bodies. Inspired by what is best for my babies to eat, I created this recipe after trying to get them to eat spinach and homemade muffins for a while. And the best part is they can take them for lunch or dinner.

Presentation

Serve on a plate on top of a spinach leaf with an apple on the side accompanied by delicious hot milk. You don’t need to decorate them; the color they naturally have is very eye-catching!

Tips

Make your own purees for better flavor; you can use baby food if you don’t have time. You can make this recipe in mini muffin form; kids love the presentation and bake them for 12 minutes.
