Preparation
Beat the butter together with the sugar. Incorporate glucose, honey, vanilla and eggs. Beat until well incorporated and then add the cream.
Sift and mix the flour with the royal, cornstarch and salt. Add to the butter shake and mix.
Place 1/3 of the mixture in muffin molds. Fill with the cajeta and cover with more dough. Cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 15 minutes.
