Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams butter, ointment
  • 100 grams Sugar substitute
  • 85 grams glucose
  • 110 grams honey
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 milliliters whipping cream
  • 450 grams whole wheat flour
  • 6 grams royal baking powder
  • 40 grams cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet

Preparation

Beat the butter together with the sugar. Incorporate glucose, honey, vanilla and eggs. Beat until well incorporated and then add the cream.
Sift and mix the flour with the royal, cornstarch and salt. Add to the butter shake and mix.
Place 1/3 of the mixture in muffin molds. Fill with the cajeta and cover with more dough. Cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 15 minutes.
