Yellow Lemon and Chill Muffins

These fluffy yellow lemon muffins with chia will enchant you, they are ideal to pamper you with their creamy bitumen and delicious lemon flavor, they will become your favorite dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow lemon juice
  • 3/4 of Cup of Greek yoghurt natural
  • 2 spoonfuls of chia
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar glass
  • 4 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon sliced ​​to decorate
  • to taste of petals of organic flowers to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the flour, bicarbonate, coconut oil, sugar, egg, vanilla essence, lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt and chia in the blender .
