Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Coconut Yoplait Greek yogurt® for the white layer
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk reduced in fat, for the white layer
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gr c / u), melted and hydrated, for the white layer
  • 1 Cup of Mango Yoplait Greek Yogurt® no added sugar for the yellow layer
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk reduced in fat, for the yellow layer
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gr c / u), melted and hydrated, for the yellow layer
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry Yoplait Greek Yogurt® no added sugar for the pink coating
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk reduced in fat, for the pink layer
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gr c / u), melted and hydrated, for the pink layer
  • 1 Cup of Natural Yoplait Greek Yogurt® no added sugar for the blue layer
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry for the blue layer
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk reduced in fat, for the blue layer
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gr c / u), melted and hydrated, for the blue layer
  • enough of mango to decorate
  • enough of Strawberry to decorate
  • enough of blueberry to decorate
  • enough of coconut in flakes, to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend Coconut flavored Yoplait Greek® Yogurt with no sugar added with evaporated milk and add the hydrated and melted gelatin in slowly streaming it into the mix. Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold previously greased, filling ¼ of its capacity and refrigerate until set.
    Repeat the previous procedure with the rest of the ingredients to obtain the layers of yellow, pink and blue; cooling between each layer.
    Once the gelatin is curdled, unmold and decorate with mango, strawberry, blueberries and coconut flakes.
