These Neapolitan yogurt cups are perfect for tasting three different flavors in one. Rich chocolate yoghurt, followed by a layer of creamy strawberry yogurt with chips and ending with a touch of coconut. Topped with fresh fruits.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1/4 of Cup of dark chocolate melted
  • 1 Strawberry Yoghurt Oikos®
  • 5 strawberries in cubes
  • 1 Yoghurt de Coco Oikos®
  • 2 spoonfuls of nut chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 of Cup of raspberry to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon of powder sugar to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with chocolate. Reservation.
In another bowl, mix the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt with the strawberries. Reservation.
In another bowl, mix the Coco Oikos® Yoghurt with the nuts. Reservation.
Pour into three cups the different mixtures formed three layers, starting with the chocolate, followed by strawberry and finally coconut. Garnish with the raspberries and sprinkle the icing sugar.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with raspberries and icing sugar.

TIPS

If you want to give a more elegant look, pass the base of the raspberries by sugar glass instead of sprinkle.
