Pamper your family with these healthy and delicious chocolate granola bars. They are made with Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey and give them great flavor and a crunchy texture. You can eat them for breakfast, snack or send them for lunch to your children.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip
  • 1 tablespoon grain salt
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2/3 cups brown sugar
  • 50 grams bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Mix the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey with the salt and chocolate chips. Place the honey, butter, and brown sugar in a pot and put it over medium heat until the butter melts.
Stir the mixture constantly in the pot to avoid burning and ensure that the brown sugar and honey are diluted in the butter.
Pour the liquid mixture over the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey mixture, stir until all the ingredients are incorporated. Place everything on a glass container and with the help of a compact spoon the mixture until it is uniform.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Melt the semi-bitter chocolate in the microwave. Take the baking dish out of the refrigerator and pour the melted chocolate on top.
