This lemon pie is very simple yet very delicious and easy to make. It has layers of María cookies and does not require baking.

Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the evaporated milk in a medium bowl, add the (melted) butter, and once you have a homogeneous mixture, add the juice of 6 lemons (note, here is the secret of the recipe, they must be juicy but not sour, otherwise, they will spoil our pie). You will see that our mixture thickens. Using a ladle, pour our mixture into a large mold, then add a layer of María cookies, then more of our mixture, and so on until our mixture is finished. Leave in the freezer for 1:30 to 2:00 hours and serve.
