Ingredients: 2 plantains, ripe; 2 cups butter, 200 g, soft; 1 1/2 cups sugar, 300 g; 4 San Juan® eggs; 4 cups flour, 500 g; 1 teaspoon baking soda, 5 g; 1 teaspoon baking powder, 7 g; 2 cups sour cream, 500 g; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; whipped cream, sugar-free, for decoration; plantain, fried, for decoration, sliced; honey brown sugar, for decoration

Roast the plantain on a griddle until completely charred, remove and peel until only the pulp remains, then mash with a masher and set aside. Place the soft butter and sugar in a bowl, mix until combined, then add the Huevo San Juan® one by one until incorporated, add the vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, sour cream, and finally the plantain. Give just enough time for each ingredient to incorporate into the mixture without overmixing.
