Delicious cake with orange flavor, original French recipe.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 100 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 orange, get the juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Orange peel, grated

Preparation

Melt the butter and let cool
Mix the sugar and whole eggs well
Add half of the orange juice, cold melted butter, orange peel, flour, and baking powder. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mass
Enquillaquillar and flour a cake mold of 18 cm in diameter. Add the dough in the mold
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the bitumen, beat the 100 grams of glass sugar with the other half of the orange juice. The bitumen has to be pasty, you have to measure the amount of added juice.
Put the bitumen on the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven very hot.

PRESENTATION

Cut and present with on a plate. It is delicious with a scoop of ice cream or with English cream.

TIPS

It is good to make the cake a day before, it is much better reposed.
