Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 box of orange cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Prepare two medium sized pancake baking pans (23 x 13 cm).
In an electric mixer beat the prepared flour, pudding mixture, eggs, sour cream, and oil for 3 minutes.
Put the dough in the molds and bake for 50 minutes or until putting a toothpick in cake it comes out clean.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
In the electric mixer , beat the butter, the icing sugar, the orange juice and the orange peel to make the bitumen.
Put the bitumen on the pancakes.

PRESENTATION

Garnish the pancake with orange zest grated.

Cual es la crema agria? Me gustó por su rapida preparacion pero, si le pongo harina preparada de vainilla o blanca quedará igual, por que es verdad que no en todos lados encuentras la harina de naranja. Pregunta: la crema agria es la de vasito que venden en el super como lala o eugenia?? Saludos
