Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Prepare two medium sized pancake baking pans (23 x 13 cm).
In an electric mixer beat the prepared flour, pudding mixture, eggs, sour cream, and oil for 3 minutes.
Put the dough in the molds and bake for 50 minutes or until putting a toothpick in cake it comes out clean.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
In the electric mixer , beat the butter, the icing sugar, the orange juice and the orange peel to make the bitumen.
Put the bitumen on the pancakes.
